Jedson Engineering is currently seeking candidates for the following positions at the Milford, OH, Savannah, GA, and Mobile, AL offices:
Construction Manager: Management of industrial projects and execution and oversight of construction projects at various clients’ sites; must be skilled at planning and scheduling of projects, directing contractors, interfacing between contractors, clients, and design staff; experience must include change management and control of cost budget
Controls Engineer: Industrial engineering services; DCS and/or PLC hardware/software; drive systems; process design; field and startup experience; PE registration is a plus; papermaking or converting experience is a plus; 4 year engineering degree is required
Electrical Engineer: Industrial power; low and medium voltage; grounding; raceway design; load/fault calculations; plant experience and startup experience; PE registration is a plus; papermaking or converting experience is a plus; 4 year engineering degree is required
Electrical Designer: Industrial design services; familiar with switchgear, sub stations, DCS and/or PLC control hardware, and drive systems; AutoCAD experience; associate degree is a plus
Packaging Engineer: Consumer packaged goods; packaging experience in multiple industries; ability to specify packaging methods, materials, and equipment; ability to develop packaging concepts and lead design thru execution; factory acceptance and startup of new packaging systems; 4 year degree required |

Piping Designer: Industrial piping design experience with AutoCAD, Cadworx, and PDS capability
Process Engineer: Industrial process engineering; fluid handling systems; dry material handling; heat transfer systems; piping line sizing; specifying and sizing process equipment; plant experience; startup experience; 4 year degree is required; PE registration is a plus
Structural Engineer or Architect Facilities Lead: Engineering and design with hands on experience supporting facility improvements for manufacturing plants; minimum BS degree in structural engineering or architecture; PE or NCARB registration is preferred; Experience in foods, paper, and general manufacturing facilities; working knowledge of RISA and/or AutoCAD is a plus
Structural Designer: Drafting/designing of structural steel and concrete; update standard drawings and maintain drafting standards; basic knowledge of drafting and structural shapes preferred; proficient in AutoCAD 2004 or later required; 2 years technical associate degree and or related experience |
